Console Tourney Rule Suggestions

So brohans, if you are reading this, you are probably thinking of leaving Delta Pi Sigma (D.P.S.) to head towards the Pensacola Civic Center for a day of magical frivolity this upcoming October. Those who use strange technological monstrosities that are worthy of Lovecraftian lore to play their games are potentially making vile proclamations such as, but never limited to, 'Make sure to patch your [expletive deleted]', 'I swear to God that if you [expletive deleted] daisy [expletive deleted] chain that [expletive deleted] I will [expletive deleted] [expletive deleted] [expletive deleted] your [expletive deleted] mother.' They may also mention something about sharing games over a 'peer2peer' network and hosting said patches over said network. Also they will mention something about putting 'Steam' into 'Offline Mode', but of course a man/woman/dark god of your caliber knows that steam is just heated water and thus cannot connect to the World Wide Web (Silly hellish technomancers who sit upon their thrones of skulls and claim to be 'Overclocking this [expletive deleted]').

You however own something that is in sorts similar to their high-tech witchcraft if you are reading this you probably have an Xbox-360 that you will bring. You can ignore the PC heresies for now, but there are pressing matters at hand for us to make sure we all of the 'console kiddies' crowd. While the PC Users sacrifice virgins and use dark incantations known as boycotts and go to dark temples of privateering to gain everything they need to play together safely, we console gamers have to pay for our crap. Maps and shiz. So this longwinded introduction (I am currently bored wondering if they will ever make male genital warmers for chairs here at the moment) is for the discussion of what maps and other rules are we using for the console tourneys?

For Halo 3 (The big one ladies and gents) what map packs are allowed and what other ones aren't? The game-types and rulesets for the game-types? Are we going to play 'Pro Bro SWAT' again this year or are we going to shake it up? Halo: ODST is out with new maps so should ODST be the standard?

Gears of War 2, map packs is another big one here, which ones do we allow or not allow? What game-type are we going to play for a tourney to test our 1337 lancer chainsaw rush skillz?

Left 4 Dead, Crash Course is set to be released before the event and it is made for tournament play? Do we make Crash Course a new campaign the tourney standard? Or do we stick with No Mercy or Blood Harvest?
